FrogHollow Fare ~ Lemon Dill Hummus


  • 1 15oz can chick peas

  • 2 tbsp of tahini

  • 1 clove of garlic, or more to taste

  • Zest of one lemon and its juice

  • 2 tbsp dill, dried, or more if using fresh dill

  • 2 pickles with some of the vinegar from the jar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)


Drain and rinse chick peas.

Add chick peas and other ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.

Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pita bread.
