1 15oz can chick peas
2 tbsp of tahini
1 clove of garlic, or more to taste
Zest of one lemon and its juice
2 tbsp dill, dried, or more if using fresh dill
2 pickles with some of the vinegar from the jar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Drain and rinse chick peas.
Add chick peas and other ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pita bread.
